At Street Tags, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return:
- Clothing and apparel in original, unworn condition
- Accessories in original, unused condition
- Items with original tags attached
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@streettags.onmicrosoft.com or call us at 1 855 932 2604 with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping.
